SAP 360 Customer: Driving greater CRM ROI

SAP announced SAP 360 Customer, which leverages HANA as well as new and existing SAP applications to support a more integrated view of customer and transaction data to improve sales, marketing, and customer service. Existing SAP customers can take advantage of emerging technologies such as HANA and SAP JAM to leverage more returns from their SAP investment. This new offering gives SAP a more complete offering in the customer experience space as well.
